Experience
2-3 years of Investment Banking experience

Associate
Professional Qualification
UG-Any, PG-CA / CFA / MBA from a reputed institute (Optional)
Role
Work on transactions across stages from sourcing, execution, investor reach out, due diligence and closure.
Actively lead/participate in identifying and sourcing potential leads companies and investors.
Collaterals preparation including IM, teaser, management presentations, marketing pitches and other information.
Design and build business plans/financial models. Work on the valuation using multiple methodologies including DCF and relative valuation for on-going transactions.
Coordination of due diligence processes, investor/client calls and meetings, etc.
Manage execution of several projects simultaneously with a teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs.
Skill Sets
2-3 years of Investment Banking experience; preferably front-end investment banking experience
Strong experience of developing complex financial models from scratch
Strong client management skills with ownership and accountability of work is key
Ability to understand the dynamics of various sectors, including business models, strategy and key differentiators.
Having knowledge of Macros, VBA in excel
Strong skills in presentations, report writing, financial analysis and data management
Ability to manage a variety of transactions simultaneously and ability to prioritize deadlines effectively
Great and intuitive understanding of business concepts. Solid analytical skills who can quickly evaluate and analyze companies and their financial information
Passion for the Indian start-up ecosystem, a well-read person about the Indian start-up ecosystem is desirable
Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior Exposure

Valuation, Industry Research, M&A and Private Equity/ Venture Capital consulting
