Job Description:
- Responsible for sustenance and new developments for Siemens Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution - SIMATIC IT.
- Should have worked on end to end implementation involving Requirement gathering, Solution design, Development, Coordination with development partner, Testing & Deployment.
- Should resolve support tickets raised by end users & coordinate with Support partner/ OEM for unresolved issues.
- Should have worked on Dot net, Angular or other similar development tools
- Should support Integrations within MES applications, MES with ERP(SAP) and MES with further standalone shop floor applications.
- Should possess good working knowledge of SQL Scripts, Stored procedures.
- Should have a basic understanding of PLC logic to exchange data between line PLC and MES using OPC and other protocols.
- Ability to develop proactive measures to maintain uptime of MES application.
- Ability to work in complex, deadline-oriented environment.
- Foster continuous improvements and drive adoption of the deployed solution.
- Should possess manufacturing domain knowledge with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong supervisory, people management skills with the ability to identify, train and develop team members to ensure proper execution of the defined processes.
- The candidate should be self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and be able to work with little supervision.
