Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Adobe Support

In this role, you will be responsible for Application Support Operations and maintenance of multiple applications & databases, used by business units and infrastructure teams. Provide support using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to comprehend information/data set
  • Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels / completion status along with good efficiency
  • Communication with onshore / offshore team for getting the resolutions on pending information if any applicable
  • Must have good trouble shooting and analytical skills
  • Seek, craft and resolve production problems
  • Maintain responsibility for analysis of Incident Tickets & Resolution, contribute to Continual Service Improvement Programs
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end user for any data related requests or service issues
  • Be able to work in high pressure environment

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduate: Any graduate, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge/exp. of Capital Markets is an added advantage for this position

Preferred qualifications

  • Microsoft Skills Excel, Word, PPT and/ or Awareness of Microsoft office resources
  • Preferred working knowledge of Adobe, Adobe Pro & Java Script
  • Ready to work on stretched working hours due to volume fluctuations
  • Good comprehension & interpersonal skills
  • Decision-making skills, Ability to analyze and observe things
  • Easily Adaptable to new Technologies & Learnings as part of the role
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Organized, results focused, practical
  • Positive approach with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
