Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - SFDC Testing, QA, Agile/Scrum
In this role, you will be responsible for creating technical specification, developing a component or improving an existing module and deploying the same to QA post successful unit testing. You are encouraged to contribute to the vision, understand the product roadmap, integrate business value with experience and contribute to building an engineering culture within the team
Responsibilities
Experience aligning QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint planning, execution and SFDC
Able to troubleshooting, characterizing, and describing software defects
Experience building test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Experience with end to end testing process and methods in Salesforce capabilities and constraints
environment including System Integration
Knowledge of SFDC Configuration
Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design
Good business analysis skills as needed for a good tester
Experience in Salesforce.com testing or testing other SaaS applications
Experience in Integration Testing in between ERP and salesforce application.
Database experience and solid understanding of how to use SQL queries
Knowledge of AR & AP Domain.
Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities, and be able to manage time with multitasking
Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction, able to participate and be a productive team member
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201)
Jira experience
Knowledge of DevOps & Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
Minimum Qualifications BS/BE/B.Tech /MCA or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
Excellent communication skills
