Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Reinsurance
Were looking for someone with a deep understanding of Reinsurance Balance Payable and Receivable and someone who can handle Reinsurance payments, receipts, collections & follow-ups with brokers.
Responsibilities
Research and clear Facultative open registrations within specified deadline
Ceded Premium registrations
Re-insurance Contract Set up: adequate risk transfer/risk assessment
Interaction with broker/reinsurer/underwriter to get contracts documents, understanding reinsurance structure, analyzing and interpreting limits and various terms & conditions of contracts and accordingly entering into the system
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Postgraduate / Graduate in quantitative sciences
Hands on experience in Data cleansing AIR experience
Basic understanding of Insurance & Reinsurance concepts
Good quantitative skills
Ability to work independently and in larger teams
Proficient in MS Excel
SQL would be an added advantage
Effective time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience of working within offshore business partnerships is desirable.
Good written and comprehension skills
Eye for detail
Proactive and ability to coordinate with different departments for inputs
Time Management and flexibility to work different shifts
