Inviting applications for the role of SM, Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) System of Insights (SOI) Lead Developer
In this role, you will be responsible for Build and deploy into ecosystems, Adoption and evangelize the framework across the organization, Portal Design components, Delivery Artifacts Library, utilization, evangelizing, and adoption of the digital framework
Also, in this role, you will be working closely with the client, a team of process SMEs, business analysts, technical architects with other digital tools, transformation consulting, and key client team members.
The successful candidate should be having development experience of System of Insights portal.
Responsibilities
- Develop Systems of Insights portal generating the following (but not limited to) - business case highlights, organizational updates, ideation and assessment, insights (Automations/Bots Metrics, ROI analysis, Approval workflows etc.), JIRA project reviews, Integration with RPA control room to generate bot KPIs, Service Now Integration, Artifacts storage and display
- Support evangelization and adoption of the digital portal across the KH organization.
- Develop delivery projects related to strategy and insight products, which produce impact and add value to ACoE and are delivered to time and budget.
- Ensure the quality analysis produced for clients and/or as part of wider thought leadership efforts.
- Establishing and maintaining systems for overseeing the effective delivery of client.
Key Skills
- Understanding of the operations and capability of the underlying applications
- Ability to develop Systems of Insights portal generating the following (but not limited to) - business case highlights, organizational updates, ideation and assessment, insights (Automations/Bots Metrics, ROI analysis, Approval workflows etc.), JIRA project reviews, Integration with RPA control room to generate bot KPIs, Service Now Integration, Artifacts storage and display
- Good interpersonal skills, Team handling experience
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Proven experience in Development of System of Insights portal
- Proven Experience in IT and RPA
- Excellent functional knowledge on Business Process domains esp. Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail.
- Experience with Web, VBA/Macro, .Net, Java and Cloud technologies and Distributed Architecture
- Experience of program management, project delivery, client and team management
- Used to work in Agile methodologies
- Ability to mentor and coach team members
- Initiative, self-motivated, gets-things-done attitude
- A real team player. Has good interpersonal skills, loves to work with other people, share ideas and learn
Preferred qualifications
- RPA certifications
