This will be an opportunity to design and build something new and take Genpacts EVP to campuses. This role is for someone who loves trying and failing fast, learning continuously, and getting things done in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
We are looking for a Program Manager to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit recent graduates and entry level talent in UK.
Recruiter responsibilities include attending and hosting college career fairs, building effective internship programs and evaluating junior candidates. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with events coordination, various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Global Recruitment team and hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment process for campus and entry level hires.
Proactively identify candidates by utilizing a wide range of channels and techniques (e.g., search engines, social networking sites, job boards)
Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internship
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and hiring managers
Attending college career fairs, interacting with students, and promoting our employer brand externally
Coordinating and hosting in-house recruitment events and report on recruiting metrics after every event
Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems
Managing campus hire pre onboarding and onboarding formalities
Act as a main point of contact for future and recent campus hires at Genpact.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Relevant years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc.)
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures in US
Knowledge of proactive search and outreach
Great customer service skills and analytical skills
Bachelor s degree in business, HR, or related area.
