We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, BI Reporting
Responsibilities:
Own the BI & Analytics team, balance projects and clients expectations.
Be the primary point of contact for onshore business and technical partner, to work with them defining and delivering solutions and map the business requirement to the model appropriate for clients
Work with Project lead to conceptualize BI/reporting and analytics solutions
Own the team members client delivery and balance the client communication and expectation settings within the delivery team
Lead overall work quality keeping client centricity and Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, crafting, and requirement analysis.
Leads project teams throughout all phases of the Business Intelligence and analytics and Balance mid size team between 8-12 members
Collaborate with team members, internal partners to align on business expectations and drive actionable insights
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field
Preferred Skill Set
Experienced in application crafting, architecting, development and deployment using Qlik or any other BI solution.
Strong database crafting and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization standard methodologies and run client expectations and come up with efficient solutions
Strong interpersonal skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Also helps in understanding and serving to the client s requirements.
Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources
