We are hiring for,
Senior DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our multinational engineering team. As an DevOps
Engineer, you will take over the ownership of DevOps, establish proper deployment processes and
work with engineering teams to ensure an appropriate degree of automation for component
assembly, deployment, and rollback strategies in medium to large scale environments.
Experience Required :
Minimum 4+ Industry experience as DevOps engineer.
Skill Requirement:
1) Experience working in Data Center with networking is highly preferred.
2) Experience in Unix with hands on Linux based OS installation, & understanding of file system.
3) Experience in virtualization using Openstack / VMWare/KVM/Similar is a PLUS.
4) Monitoring tools like PM2, Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, Zenduty/Freshdesk and like.
5) Experience in Docker and Kubernetes
6) Experience in Automation tools like Terraform, Travis, Packer, Chef, Ansible, etc
7) Working knowledge on Scalability in a distributed/decentralised environment is a PLUS.
8) Familiar with Nginx, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS/CentOS 7 and RHEL.
9) ELK stack/similar for log analytics.
10) Experience in CI-CD, Integration with Gitlab/similar
11) Ability to write scripting using Python, Go, Bash shell, .yaml
12) Experience in running production environment and address DDOS attack, Security
Vulnerabilities.
Role at Aicumen:
1) You will take over the complete ownership of DevOps, establish proper deployment processes
and work with engineering teams to ensure an appropriate degree of automation for
component assembly, deployment, and rollback strategies in medium to large scale application.
2) Monitor components to proactively prevent system component failure, and enable the
engineering team on system characteristics that require improvement
3) You will ensure the uninterrupted operation of components through proactive resource
management and activities such as security/OS/Storage/application upgrades.
4) Research potential improvements, alternatives, and practices to better our environment and
accelerate our future work
5) Ensure the technical feasibility of system designs and collaborate with other team members and
stakeholders.
