Detailed Job Description:
Required skills:
- Telco Domain Expertise: The need for telco background is preferred. However, The overall understanding of how a telco works and someone who is able to interpret Telco is what is required
- Testing and Test Management background: Essential. Should be able to read, understand and break down English written technical documents to gain a holistic understanding of the project.
- OSS/BSS: good to have a candidate with a BSS/OSS background but more important is the attitude to learn fast and be able to understand it once explained.
- Communication: Crucial. The candidate needs to talk to different stakeholders (UAT testers, Offshore engineers, Management, Business etc.). Hence fluent German and English to read, write and speak is a MUST.

- Highly energetic and hunger for growth
- Ability to quickly learn and interpret
Overview of Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reading technical requirement- and solution documents
- Clarifying open questions with IT & Business and presenting the same to Offshore
- Writing, reviewing and presenting test scenarios and test concepts
- Writing test reports
- Doing Jira reports, knowing about defect priorities and Jira processes
- Managing the UAT test stakeholders and act as SPOC for all test related topics in front of the Release manager (status, blocking defects, execution plan etc.)
