Responsible for Sales & New Client acquisition for the India Branch which involves team management & driving activities like mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiation and sign up.
Aggressive prospecting in respective market for prospect clients and maintaining a healthy prospect funnel
Ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation
Meeting up regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordingly
Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework
Responsible for the complete business development cycle. Periodic reviews with his team to track of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in
the market & evolving new models
Evolving Team SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes. Ensuring that his team
Collates inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments'
Leading a team of BD & ensuring every one contributes in signing up a reasonable number of new clients which going forward become a key account for the branch.
We expect you to understand the customized projects of the clients, document the same, and make techno commercials.
As marketing and sales run hand in hand, you will also be planning strategies for marketing funnels.
Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
Willing to travel across the globe. (preferred UAE, OMAN & QATAR).

Knowledge on Enterprise Products and solutions sales preferably with a background of IoT, IT / Technology Solution and Consulting Services, Product Engineering Services. Data Analytics and Digital Transformation projects and IoT (M2M), Enterprise Mobility, Cloud Computing Technologies and Solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education Qualifications Under Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience Min 6 -10 years overall experience
Functional Skills required to execute the role
Should be passionate about sales & have the drive to chase numbers
Must have problem solving ability & must capable of taking decisions concerning work
Must possess a flair for market research, gathering market intelligence & marketing activities
Strong in communication with external & internal stakeholders
Should be capable of handling client escalations effectively and promptly
Must be high on convincing & negotiation skills.
Must be capable of putting across his points & convincing stakeholders
