Qualification: Any graduates- but excellent communications skills are required.
Job Purpose:
- Recruitment/Staffing
-To search and match the right profiles in various technologies / skills / roles from the available resources, internal database and referrals.
-Screen resumes and provide the best resources.
-Counsel and explain job profile to candidates
-Coordinate interviews with client and candidate and ensure that the shortlisted candidates reach the clients location for interview
-Documentation of shortlisted candidates
-Coordinate with candidate to ensure joining.
-Stay in touch with candidate for a period of 3 months.
-Write reports
Client Development
-You will be given a database to call clients and set up appointments for our business development team to call and convert these entities to clients of ours.
This is a Target oriented profile candidates who are averse to working in a challenging and goal (result) oriented environment, need not apply. Salary isnt dependant on achieving targets, but we expect that the nominal targets that you will be given will be achievable.

Compensation offered: 8 20 thousand /month / Negotiable. Annual Compensation of 0.96 lacs to 2.4 lacs PLUS INCOME ENHANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES LINKED TO PERSONAL BILLING & OVERALL COMPANY BILLING.
Presently not working will also be entertained.
We are interested in hiring candidates who will like to be based at their respective homes in the long run.
Compensation will not be reduced for anyone working from home, therefore the net income of a consultant will go up by working from home, due to savings against transportation, outside food, and general expenses related to travelling to office and working.
In addition, Consultants who have team handling experience, will be given a team to handle post 3 months of joining us, thereby ensuring career enhancement opportunities.
In addition we are launching HR related tech products which will open further career enhancement opportunities (not just earning, but learning opportunities)
