Frubee (dry fruits, spices) and Jaambu (snacks) are brands founded and headquartered in Pune. We are welcoming eager, bright, and ambitious individuals to canvass Frubee and Jaambu brands in the general trade (A & B class stores) all over Pune and PCMC.
You will be allotted specific areas of the city as your market. Your job will be to scope, qualify, and pitch all the A-class and B-class stores in your allotted area and place Frubee & Jaambu on their shelves.
The opportunities are limitless for the ambitious, driven, and intelligent candidate.
The Basic Requirements from the ideal candidate are as follows:
Must have a 2-wheeler.
Must be a resident of Pune city.
Roles and Responsibilities
Promotion of company's activities in relation to covering new stores in Pune City.
The salesperson has to establish and maintain a personal contact and relationship with the customer, thus achieving high customer satisfaction and keeping them loyal to the brand.
Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed.
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
To increase the market share for the product.
Responsible for generation in sales/ planning/ office/mktg/ operation/ business development in sales/customer relationship

Job Benefits & Perks
Basic salary as high as Rs. 30000 per month.
Traveling allowance Rs. 4000 per month
Plus Incentives from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 15000 per month.
