Job Description
AM, Automation Delivery Architect - Automation Anywhere
In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, technical assessment of Intelligent Automations/RPA opportunities identified, the Architecture, Design and Implementation of RPA Solutions for complex processes using Automation Anywhere Tool
Also, in this role, you will be working closely with the client, a team of process SMEs, business analysts, technical architects with other digital tools, transformation consulting, and key client team members.
The successful candidate should be having significant implementation experience of architecting automation solutions using Automation Anywhere for complex processes
Responsibilities
- Technical assessment of each use case using Automation Anywhere and provide its automation potential to assess the suitability, feasibility, scalability, and envisaged benefits of applying automation.
- Execute code review checklist and help developers to incorporate changes
- Setup coding best practices for RPA implementation
- Align with development team and help troubleshoot the scenarios
- Client discussion wherever technical expertise is required
- Define and prepare technical solution document for any opportunity
- Team training for upskilling
- Help to coordinate in troubleshooting and fixing infrastructure issues
- Meeting key team members working in client s RPA CoE to discuss and assess their existing COE processes, working norms, communication norms
- Comparing RPA CoE to a set of pre-defined conditions, capabilities, and criteria.
- Checking for the existence of specific methods, processes, and artifacts in place or being used by RPA CoE
- Representing RPA in Application/IT Change Management forums for the applications/system accessed by the automations
Key Skills
- Ability to perform detailed technical assessment of identified processes using Automation Anywhere RPA platform to help develop, qualify, and maintain a funnel of automation opportunity use cases.
- Ability to effectively qualify and prioritize automation opportunities, balancing automation complexity with return-on-investment analysis.
- Ability to assess the readiness and capability of the IT Infrastructure that supports the Automation Platform
- Understanding of the operations and capability of the underlying applications
- Understanding of the stability and application change schedules and roadmaps of the underlying applications accessed by the automations
- Ability to deliver key artifacts (not exhaustive) as part of the ACoE setup: Baseline value frameworks (ROI), Tech Feasibility model, Training & Train the trainer models, Portal Design, Business Case Validation, SDLC; Standards for Coding, Quality, Test Data, Documentation, Hypercare; Process code promotion; Dev, QA, Prod Support Model; Process Model Support SLAs; Release Management Support; Organization Structure Committee s Model (Steering, Operating, Executive); Roles & Responsibilities template; Risk Frameworks & Control templates; Technical Application Reviews; Gap Analysis Model Process; Education HR Processes; Technical Change Management; Infrastructure setup & Licenses; Project Plan; Hyper-testing the CoE Model;
- Good interpersonal skills, Team handling experience
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Proven Experience in RPA and IT
- Proven experience in conducting detailed technical assessments of complex processes to identify automation and/or transformation candidates
- Experience with Web, VBA/Macros, SAP, S4Hana and Cloud technologies and Distributed Architecture
- Experience of project delivery, client and team management
- Proven Technical Architecture, Solution Design and Implementation experience using RPA Tools specifically Automation Anywhere; UiPath is good to have
- Experience in architecting & implementing complex process automations using Automation Anywhere
- Experience in RPA implementations across different applications.
- Used to work in Agile methodologies
- Ability to mentor and coach team members
- Initiative, self-motivated, gets-things-done attitude
- A real team player. Has good interpersonal skills, loves to work with other people, share ideas and learn
