Your Role and Responsibilities
Solution Design Consultant is IBMs key Interface to Clients and is responsible to develop convincing technical solutions. This requires consultant to work closely with Client for multiple participating IBM teams to architect the solution. Job role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. Consultant is required to anticipate, create and define an innovative technical solution which matches customers needs and IBMs tactical and strategic requirements. #GTSISA_Sales2021

Infrastructure Security
Act as an Infra security architect and subject matter expert within network infrastructures and perimeter security technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, WAF, CASB, proxies, SDN, DNS, and DDOS solutions.
Experience architecting solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, VMware NSX and Hybrid cloud environment
Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes, data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
Expertise in VPN technologies, Security requirements for remote working, Encryption technologies and it's usage
Review technology designs with technology architects and engineers, taking local and regional regulatory requirements into account
Public Cloud Network and Security capabilities across AWS, GCP, Azure, and/or IBM Cloud
Data center Networking, WAN
Good knowledge of Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, including familiarity with Cisco IOS as well as a working knowledge of filtering and policy-based routing.
Working knowledge of SDN, SDWAN and Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
Practical knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Firewalls, NGFW, NAT, IPS, AntiMalware, Botnet, Application Control, DDoS, Web Filtering
