This is a pivotal role and your success will be highly valued by your team.Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities include and not limited to: Address all alerts and handling all incidents as per strict SLA guidelines Ensure successful deployment of all the components as part of release plan Perform patching activity with smooth coordination with the infra team ensuring complete success of the patching activities Communicate with sense of urgency and collaborate with geographically diverse teams and time zones In case of severity calls, provide efficient support and drive the calls from MW Admin perspective to restore the services in the shortest possible time Be on top of changing technology landscape and adapt quickly Experience and education details:Youll need to have: Minimum 10+ years of Admin experience in Siebel 8.0 and above Experience with Repository migration dev2prod, SRF Auto Compile, Repository Analysis Familiarity with Siebel eAutomotive, eMarketing, eCommunication verticals Should have a good understanding of Siebel configuration, Siebel EAI / EIM and Siebel data model Strong knowledge in Unix/Shell scripting Good to have: Ansible, Jenkins or any other CICD tools experienceEven better if you have: A degree. Strong scripting and automation skills, especially shell scripting Experience with large enterprise scale solutions Cloud-based certifications Holistic approach to the application development and strong owner attitude of the functionality provided to the customers
