Job Description

The role offers opportunities to work multiple challenging client assignments across varied sectors and geographies. The role is a mix of Planning & Analysis, Management accounting and Financial reporting, indicatively including the tasks below.
- Tasks related to delivery of finance solutions including financial analysis and reporting functions for clients
- Tasks related to end-end finance operations of clients
- Review, variance analysis, root cause analysis and preparation of various MIS reports, for functional and financial areas for various clients
- Preparation of Financial statements and year-end audit support for clients
- Be part of client interactions
- Train and mentor junior team members
Skills required :
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity and experience with advanced management accounting tools and techniques
- Expert knowledge on Excel financial modelling techniques and standard practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A / Management accounting
- Knowledge of analytical tools and techniques and consolidation tools would be an added advantage
- Certification courses in Analytics/ GAAP would be an added consideration
- Candidates must be very agile and quality-focused in their work approach
- Candidates based out of Bangalore / Willing to re-locate to Bangalore immediately preferred.
