  ob Description:Resourcing and Recruitment Carrying out end to end recruitment process for the clients for Pharma/Healthcare/Life science/ Audio Visual/ FMCGLargely working on Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Production and sales requirements for pharma and healthcare (Medical Device) MNCs and Top Indian Companies.Taking care of weekly reports, MIS.Understanding the requirement and the skills required and responsible for complete recruitment cycle Understanding the Clients Organizational structure, Hierarchy and Business to enable a perfect fit Reducing the TAT for all assignments to avoid escalations.Reference Check -Conducting detailed. Visiting and developing new clients.Taking care of invoicing, Collection, follow up with invoicing team for pending payments.Extensive head hunting experience coupled with e-sourcing & portal usage, sourcing requirements and resourcing for acquired requirements.   Excellent network of Channels and Vendors to address recruitment life cycle service Built and networked an excellent database of domain specific consultants   Conducted Walk-in interviews.   Motivated to take responsibility to contribute and be productive.   Ability to manage and control difficult situations and make decisions   Excellent sales and closing skills   Great work ethics and dedication to the company working for.   Conducting Market Intelligence for Varied Niche skills Hired professionals through both passive (deep internet search) and active search (Job board).Qualification: MBA HR / PG or Diploma is HR is Mandatory Candidates Skills:   Should have Capabilities of taking Pressure Interpersonal Skills   Excellent Communication Should he good in working on Niche positions without the help of Job Portals     Thanks & Regards, Priyanka Agarwal   Extrius Consultants & Services E: Pr*****a@ex****s.co.in Mobile- 9819622***
