Banking Business analyst Chennai Mumbai or Pune MNC Software CompanyExp:6-9 years
Work location: Chennai/ Mumbai/Pune
Budget: 19-20 LPA
In order to support our constantly growing business, we are looking for a Business Analyst
They should be high-calibre candidates: self-starters who are confident in client-facing roles. Individual should be passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes through delivering quality software and services.
They will aligned to industry sector domains (such as Building Societies, Banks, Equity Release) in order to create greater value for our clients who require expertise of their technology and Business needs.
As a Business Analyst, your mission is to collaborate with the client through the project lifecycle in crossfunctional teams. This involves:
Clearly articulating the features and benefits of our product
Understanding our clients requirements through product workshops
Advising the client on software and process changes required to deliver business outcomes
Designing, building, documenting and testing the product configuration
Analysing issues and problem solving
Supporting the client through training and model office activities
Working with the client through delivery, go-live, warranty and support
Alongside your client-facing role, you will play an active part in developing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business by improving our delivery processes, training and knowledge using the latest industry tools and techniques
We are looking for a range of experience, candidates need to demonstrate these across one or more of the following:
Can-do attitude ability to quickly pick up and use new project delivery, product and technology skills
Smart - rapidly understand our clients business, accurately capture what they need and resolve challenges and issues.
Client-facing our clients need us to be personal, credible and engage them with gravitas and integrity.
Clear communication our clients need us to be clear, precise and jargon-free to help them through their transformation
Technology - an understanding of technology design, delivery and deployment of a software package. You will require an aptitude for SQL, EXCEL and similar tools.
Delivery Lifecycle experience of key phases of an end to end delivery lifecycle. You will need to:
Rapidly understand client needs; translate this into system requirements and configuration; go on to build our system configuration
Develop test scripts and data from client needs; support execution of component, system integration and user acceptance test
Have a depth and breadth of experience across a variety of roles and several companies
Industry acumen an understanding of Mortgages, Equity Release, Savings, and Commercial Lending products and process
