Title: Lead Business Process Analyst
Reports To: Associate Mgr./Manager/Senior Manager Finance, Global Finance Services (Noida)
Key Stakeholders: Mgr. Business Process Analysis (US), Sr. Principal Financial Systems Architect (US)
JOB OVERVIEW
This position will support the overall agenda of Process Improvements & Automations across the Global Finance functions.
This role will collaborate with various Finance teams and stakeholders, including ones outside of Finance like IT, Global sales, Procurement, Customer support and Product teams & will provide for direct support to both our FIPO (US-based Finance Integration Program Office) team as well as the Global Finance Services organization in Noida. The person would also work with other Global Finance Services functional leaders and Global Process Owners in meeting job deliverables.
This position will be based out of UKG Noida office in India and will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
. Create documentation of business, functional, and data requirements
. Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements
. Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues, and implement appropriate mitigations, keeping stakeholders informed via status presentations as well as appropriate escalations
. Develop and deploy training materials of implemented processes and/or systems for the staff
. Coordinate testing with business users of functional requirements (i.e., User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing) and collaborate to resolve discrepancies
. Facilitate retrospective assessment to drive continuous improvement and incorporates results into best practices. Evangelize Process Improvement mentality, strategies, and tools with global Finance team members
. Business process reengineering and application of improvement as well as automation techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC methodologies, robotics process automations, macros etc.
. Assist in identifying automation opportunities, participate in Robotics Process Automation in building bots and/or developing other standard automations such as macros to bring process efficiency.
. Maintain project performance measures on a regular basis to report to leadership on project status as required

Qualifications Technical:
. Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
. Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as lean, six-sigma, DMAIC etc.
. Understanding of any of the automation tools or methods
. Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation tools, i.e. UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate etc. preferred
. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or any other visual analytic tools preferred
Professional:
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process improvement & automations
. 5-8 years relevant experience in finance domain
. Strong analytical, oral communication, and business writing/documentation abilities.

. Ability to learn new methods, techniques, systems around process improvements and automations as per business requirements
. Ability to scope, plan, execute, and track projects with autonomy with continuous improvement mindset
