We are currently seeking a Ring Central to join our team in PAN INDIA/NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Roles.
The primary function of the UCVoice Analyst role is to lead the support and maintenance of Customer voice infra which consisit of Ring Central as back office solution while Nice in conatct as contact center solution along with AudioCode SBC knowledge.
Technical details:
Strong Knowledge of all aspects of telephony and fixed line voice (POTS, ISDN, PRI and SIP)
Strong Knowledge of supporting Contact center solutions (preferably Nice in contact CCaas SOlution)
Experience migrating existing premises based PBXs to cloud PBX (preferably MS Teams or Skype for Business)
Experience analyzing and reporting fixed line bills and customer service records
Experience supporting Audiocodes SBASBC
Experience with supporting and managing Ring Central and Cisco telephony solutions
Experience with issuing clear and concise incident communications as required to key stakeholders
Must Have :
1. Expereince on AudioCode SBCs
2. Experince on Ring Central understanding L1/L2/L3 level
3. Nice in Contact experience.
4. Combination of any Contact center technology with Audio Code would be ok as well.
