*PC Maintenance, repair, and client facing experience (very important)
*Advanced manual malware removal skills
*Ability to diagnose and repair basic issues in the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS environment
*Microsoft - MCP, MCSA, MCTP, etc
*ACP

Desired Candidate Profile
*Any Diploma or Graduation.
*Relevant Work Experience for Level12 2years with Excellent communication skill
*Preferable experience at an International Call Center for Technical Support.
*Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication
