Job Description
Medical Scribes are the future of an interactive industry. They are the American Physician's support system. As a Medical Scribe, you work alongside American physicians in a real-time environment. Medical Scribes undertake to create and/ or update the medical charts of patients in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and thereby freeing the American physicians for focusing on what they do best taking care of patients. All this is done while the Scribe is far away from the physician, but connected through technology. With the onset of technology like Google Glass, the idea of a Medical Scribe has become a reality. Being a part of the live American physician-patient encounter, Medical Scribes greatly add value by increasing the time spent on patient care. This profile of a Medical Scribe is expected to be a part of the American physician-patient interaction remotely and comprehend the conversation in the EHR

Job Location: Noida and Mohali (Applicant who want to get the job at Noida location, has to complete their 4-5 month training at Mohali location)
Salary Details are as follows.
- First-month training is at home. During the first month No Salary.
- From 2nd Month to 6 Months Training, you will get Rs 20,000 per month. From 2nd month onward there will be a permanent work from office training.
- After training and once you becomes Doctor approved then your salary will be Rs 20,000 per month plus incentives of up to Rs 7000 per month.
- After Successful completion of classroom and On-The-Job training of 13 months; the Trainee will become eligible to come on the rolls of IDS as a full-time employee and also become eligible for revision of salary and incentives as per the companys extant policy.
- You have to sign a bond of 2 years.

TEST 2 INSTRUCTION
- This is an essay writing and listening audio test of 85 minutes
- At the end of your test, it will ask for a Submission ID. Your mobile number is your submission ID.
- You can use this link only once and This test contains 4 Sections and all 4 sections are mandatory to attend. If anyone misses even a single section we will disqualify the applicant's candidature.
- This is a must that you submit this test from a Computer or Laptop only. Excellent Internet Connection is required to attend this test.
- Use Good quality headset to listen to the audio properly and answer questions.
- Read all the questions carefully and then only submit your answers.
STEP 3
- Once you will submit Step 1 and Step 2 Test then we will check the test and it will take 10 working days to declare the test results if you qualify the test then you will appear for a Final interview with the Operation and Training team. This will be an online or virtual interview. Candidates who get qualified in this round will be finally declared as selected for the job.
