Job Description forTeam Leader: -

• Good communication skills
• Must have atleast 1year of experience as a TL.
• Should have good knowledge in Digital Marketing (Outbound Sales)
• Team handling experience of minimum 10-15 TME
• Data management & having Dialer Knowledge
• Must have experience in Telesales outbound
• Aware about the basic KRA and KPI's
• Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
• Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
• Quick thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be aware about rostering.
