Job Description

.Net Production Support

• Consultant with 2-4 years of .Net production support experience .
• This person will be responsible for incident triage analysis ,monitoring applications, provide oncall support and be available for weekend release validations.
• This application developer will join a team of technical professionals that work on .Net applications for CCT.

• Resource should persist good knowledge of .Net
• Supporting front-end & back-end architecture. Monitoring and improving front-end performance (If any).
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.
• Triaging tickets, analysis and tracking the things to closure. Infra Support (vulnerability management/cert upgrades) if required.
• Proactively responsible for application monitoring and stability.
• Collaboration with external teams on the production issues/incidents being reported in the applications and understand their integration to our applications.
• Identify support issues and initiate actions to resolve the problem. Participate in Scrum meetings to mobilize the JIRA stories created by the team and ensure their slotting based on criticality.
• Effective communication with different teams involved- in relation to raised issues resolution.
• Maintain teams workload and bandwidth in terms of work assignments.
• Mentor the team with respect to the process and technical skillsets.
• Availability during scheduled weekend Production deployments, as and when required.
• Availability for Disaster Recovery (DR) Validations, Patch Fix validations, WebSphere integrated services team prod & non-prod validations.
• BASE Project effort, impact, estimation and evaluation.
• Execution of Manual Batch Jobs
