1. Retailer Servicing
Improving Servicing Levels
BMS Tracker
Beat cycle in local delivery
Point to point transporter for upcountry deliveries
Meeting Retailers
Hub/Spoke stock availability
Marketing material handling
2. Godown Operations
CFA Operational Efficiency Report
Monitoring the defined process are followed by CFA's in all Hubs-Spokes in terms of Stock receipt, Stock issues, MRV, Tinting, free sample billing etc
Proper accounting entry has been made in terms of Stock receipt, Stock Issues, MRV, etc., and all registers are updated properly.
Monitoring the open in transit on weekly basis, if any issues it has to be highlighted to the respective hubs and follow up with factory on closure.
MRV has to be updated on the same day with proper update with all supporting documents.
Nil - Truck detention, Reduction of Internal damages, Nil BBND cases
Monitoring CFA employee attendance and corrective action to be taken in terms of abnormal absenteeism.
Hub and spoke visit & operational Audit
Segregation of NCP and proper accounting in SAP and its timely disposal as per approval
Physical verification of stock and variance analysis, raise DN on CFA
Process improvement
CFA Goal Settings
Monitoring Duplicate Despatch
FIFO at all times
Maintain all records and timely binding/Audit trail
3. Collection Accounting
Security cheque maintenance and rotation
Pre signed cheques
Current dated cheques
VAN conversion
Address retailer/CRO queries
Collection via CMS
Retailer balance confirmation
4. Insurance claim and Vendor payments
Educate CFA and raise insurance claims for intransit/accident damages value >10,000
Follow up with transporter to get the necessary documents and submit to insurance company for closure within 15 days
Ensure claim is approved and credited to our account on time (15 days) else escalate to HO.
PR/PO/SRN/GRN for vendor payments
5. RSCM Support activities
Identify suitable property for new Hub/Spoke
Spoke operations
Retailer opening
Audit compliance
Tracking the validity periods of agreements, certificates, licenses etc. and ensure timely renewal with the support of Team lease/RCM.
Requirements mentioned in the Stat compliance Report to be adhered in time
