Post:- Sales Development Manager

Roles and responsibilities:-

Recruit the team of advisors for insurance sales.
Train and motivate them for insurance sales.
Guiding and providing training to the team regarding product sales in market.
Driving sales through advisor, for the company.
Attending walking customer.
Maintain relations with clients, customers & staff
Cross selling
Generate lead
Complete the target

Required candidates profile:-

Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing.
Any graduation mandatory
Good communication and relation maintain skills
Convincing Skill.
