Walk-in for Sales Executive / Area Sales Officer at Bangalore. on 18th December 2021 from 09:30 AM 01:30 PM at Bikasipura, Banashankari, Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsibilities for CAT - 1 Products.
- Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks.
- Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding.
- Ensure to organize the logistics and timely distribution of Milk.
- Conduct Market Intelligence & Identify the gaps in marketing.
- Promote & extend the model Parlors business in the area of operation.
- Monitoring, Controlling & Collecting the Crates on time.
- Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
- Addressing customer complaints.
- Implementation of ISO Standards and documentation.
2. Responsibilities for CAT - 2&3 Products.
- Distributor management
- POSM Management
- Competition Management
- Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities .
- Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
- Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system .
- Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
- Minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses & ensure no return policy.
- Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.
- Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
- Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.

No.525, 2nd Floor, 7th Cross, 6th Main, HBR Layout (Near BDA Complex), Bangalore and shall report to Branch Manager at our BSO 2
BSO-3
Yadavanhalli Village, Guddahatti Road, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore (South) and shall report to Branch Manager, BSO 3
BSO-6
Yadavanhalli Village, Guddahatti Road, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore (South)and shall report to Branch Manager, BSO 6
Experience Required: Candidates with 3-10 years experience in Dairy / FMCG / Food Processing Industries In Sales.
Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Note: Preference shall be given to Male Candidates. Should know the local language (Kannada).
