Job Description

Manager/SR.Manager(Indirect TAX)@Heritage Foods Li****d@Hy******d

Position Overview:

*Responsible to handle the Indirect tax matters including assessments/disputes

Functional Competencies:

Proven work experience as a Tax Manager (Indirect Tax)
Excellent knowledge of VAT/GST, Indirect taxation, tax compliance and all tax returns.
Knowledge of tax software and MS Office, SAP-FICO.

Key Result Areas:

Deliver a full range of indirect tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
Responsible for the pending VAT assessments (Punjab, Rajasthan etc.)
Responsible for the pending VAT / Entry Tax / GST dispute.
Responsible to give reply to GST notices received(All States)
To handle GST audit with the department officials.
To verify & reconcile the data for submission of GSTR-1
To submit the monthly AMC (or similar) returns & remit the payments
To handle the AMC assessments
Any other activity advised by the Group Leader.
