Job Resposibilities
Having basic understanding from SQL/SAS written codes
Hands on coding experience in SQL, PLSQL, MySQL (or) Hands on Experience in SAS reporting Tool / SAS Platform / SAS Enterprise Guide / Base SAS
Good communication and presentation skills
Candidate will be part of the work-stream which delivers end reporting to various internal business users
Extracting data from warehouse to address basic business requirements. It can be direct or with assistance of experts (during initial stage). Classification and summarization of voluminous data, which helps business in decision making. Creating multi-dimensional reports on extracted voluminous data; for regular consumption by decision makers
Develop an understanding of the Data Architecture, Data model and various data entities and data items. Preparation of Process documents and understanding existing processes and making appropriate changes if required
Engagement with various / relevant business stakeholders for managing and setting realistic expectations and delivery timelines Desired Skills Good algebra skills and having knowledge on number system, data structures, algorithms will be an advantage to scale up performance.
Experience in data manipulation using large amount of data, making flat tables in SQL and ability to interpret data
Having exposure to Code / process improvement / Query Tuning
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI /Tableau, R, Python, SAS VIYA, MS office
Working knowledge of Vertica SQL
Ability to reverse engineer requirements from business reports and written codes is an added advantage Education Details Any Bachelors in Computer Science degree eg: B.Tech (CS)/BE (CS)
