We are Hiring for Sr. Business Analyst 

 

 Job Requirements:

Must have:
BA: min 5 Years, business/functional BA - not technical.
IB domain: Minimum 3 year on IM related projects
Experience in Investment banking or custody banking services
Middle office and back office operations knowledge :
Project Lifecycle: Business, technology and financial feasibility assessment of product opportunities Scoping large scale projects, agreeing terms of reference for delivery Documentation of business requirements using a range of elicitation techniques Ensure all BRDs are well documented/detailed and responded/approved in a timely manner. Work with SMEs and IT to ensure successful handover of requirements Experience in test planning and execution, defining UAT test strategy, scenarios and framework Traceability of requirements from scope / requirements through to testing and implementation Self-managing tasks, effort, issues and risks throughout the project. Communication Management of Sponsor and Stakeholder relationships and expectations Communicate status weekly and monthly to stakeholders Relationship Management Strong relationship management and collaboration with senior business and technology stakeholders Strong vendor management to ensure successful deliverables at all stages of project Initiation and Implementation Scope definition including current state operating model Develop a strong and deep understanding of the business units supported Target state operating model definition following market standards Implementation through operational readiness and migration activities
Project Management : Management of medium projects, managing budget & engaging with stakeholders Plans project activities, tasks, and deliverables including the scope and scheduling Successfully lead and develop multi-functional and multi-site teams Planning and prioritization of all tasks across product development teams Facilitate Process Improvements: Proactively identify process improvement enhancements to gain efficiencies Look at new skills and techniques that could be used within the team to improve business analysis Knowledge share project information or domain expertise across business analysis partners globally   Must have: 5 years plus experience of Business Analysis Proven track record of delivering change programs successfully
SDLC / PMLC or equivalent and Agile Methodology experience Business Analysis Tools and Techniques Experience in Investment banking or custody banking services   Expert:MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Good to have: Agile qualified, Product Owner / Scrum Master Project Management qualification Middle office and back office operations knowledge
