Job Title Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager Human Resources
Location Faridabad
Work Experience 6 to 8 years
Qualification MBA/ PG in HR (Full Time)
Roles && Responsibilities:
1. Excellent knowledge of Talent management (Screening, Interviewing, negotiation, finalization
of the candidates)
2. Should have expertise in onboarding & related activities.
3. Employee Master Creation in SAP (PA 40 & PA 30).
4. Maintaining Employee life cycle (Confirmation, regularization, transfer & separation/ EXIT
Management).
5. Must be expert of PMS (Performance management system) KRA Formation, periodic review,
rolling out annual appraisal. Should have handled complete PMS Cycle. Preferable if having
exposure in online PMS tools.
6. 60% Talent acquisition && 20% PMS & 20% HR operations are required.
7. Maintain all employee personnel file && Letters.
8. Maintaining HR MIS.
9. Preferable from manufacturing background.
10. Immediate/ early joiners (Male/ Female) are preferred, Candidate based out at Faridabad is
required or should be ready to relocate.
