ROLE MISSION Working in a fast-paced scale up environment, you will partner with global team and business leaders to deliver world class work in Integrated Designing working with some of our prestigious client in Sportwear, FMCG, Automobile segments.

You will be a hybrid Print Digital designer who will be able to work from toolkits to remaster assets to sit across a range of formats.

• Line Managing of a small print design team.

• Oversight of the other designer s work.

• Accountable for the designer s work delivered by you and your team.

• Ownership of creative remastering of all print. The print ranges from OOH to instore 3D retail space to transport/ external domination.

• You will work from a global toolkit creating the English Masters through to delivery of adaptations in local languages.

• You will have a wealth of knowledge around print and considerations for different formats.

• You will be remastering and adapting content from Global toolkits for large global campaigns for different local markets.

• Prepare global campaign assets for effective campaign rollout, working in a way that our adaptation designers can quickly pick up your files and make new versions.

• You will work with our conceptual creatives to develop new design and ideas for print and DTC campaigns, with the Creative Lead and a team consisting of design and copy.

• Act as a brand guardian, producing high quality artwork within tight timelines.

• As we foster a close working relationship with the clients you must be comfortable at presenting and taking client feedback.

• Building trust is key as to producing better work and it s essential to drive to our growth and success.

• You will be working across many different categories, producing design to the client s brief and exacting standards.

• You will need to proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality and consistency.

• A strong passion for sport wear brand.

• A strong background in a retail environment, both online and offline is imperative to this role.

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful

• Technical expertise in print, to work with media production plans and understand specifications.

• Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus

• Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Knowing when to bring in creative flare while sticking closely to brand guidelines.

• Experience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plus

• Experience working with multi-language deliverables

• An excellent eye for detail and able to work from toolkits efficiently.

• Have a wealth of knowledge of doing print for instore

• Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience in:

• Press

• Retail instore print
