Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Manager - Strategic Initiative for Agency Vertical with one of the leading life insurance company.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. To recruit & develop high net-worth partners from financial services space, as Financial Consultants under Agency channel.
2. Should be able to create recruitment funnel by conducting Business Opportunity Presentations ( BOPs ) / Career seminars; after explaining them enhanced value propositions of the program.
3. To ensure conflict management and service the HNI partners and their HNI clients; and enable them for higher business productivity.
4. Implementing new initiatives of the Program.
5. Support on active implementation of New initiatives in the program / adherence to program guidelines / performance reviews, stakeholder management, effective escalation management for mapped Value Agents.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Must be a Graduate.

2. Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agency Channel / Sales in Life Insurance Company.

3. Should be a localite.

4. Good Communication Skills.
