Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Senior Data Analysis
In this role, you will be responsible for Application Support Operations and maintenance of multiple applications & databases, used by business units and infrastructure teams. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities
- Highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics including mining, scrubbing and visualization
- Deep understanding of machine learning, popular data analysis tools and databases
- Excellent visualization skills, storytelling and familiarity with best practices to convey insights in an intuitive and visually compelling way
- Ability to define relevant metrics and influence key stakeholders with actionable insights
- Ability to work in highly dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex insights for end user
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
- BTech/ BE/ MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Should have 6-8 years of relevant work experience
- Should have worked in Agile structure with story/sprint timelines and can perform multi-tasking
- Experience on working with cloud warehouses like: Snowflake and other relational databases like SQL, Teradata, SCCM etc.
- Experience in business intelligence architecture and should have worked upon data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik etc. with understanding of end-to-end BI technical architecture
- Strong understanding of Tableau s LOD functions, data blending, logical/physical joins, row level security, Tableau extensions and Tableau API exp. would be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of data correlation, what-if analysis, statistical & sentiment analysis, pareto analysis with good understanding of how forecasting can be performed with time series data points
- Professional experience in building robust data pipelines using ETL tools is a must (e.g., Alteryx, Talend etc.)
- Knowledge of out of the box AI/ML based tools like DataRobot, ThoughtSpot, Spotfire and Microsoft products
- Must understand API integration using Python/R for extracting data from different sources and performed advance analytics
- Good to have experience in machine learning, supervised and unsupervised: Time-series, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forest
- As a member of ITS team, you will work in KPI Optimization. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders globally to support data analytics and innovation requirements.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that our KPI CoE align to the business objectives and supports key initiatives. Role will need to leverage latest technology and best practices to deliver results, agility, efficiency, quality for data and visualization requirements.
- Shift: Should be open for evening meetings
