Hiring for Customer support in Top MNC in Navi Mumbai


Role- Customer support

Qualification - Any graduate

Experience- 2-7 years

Salary- upto 5 LPA

Shift- Rotational shift

5 days working 2 rotational off

Work from home

Age limit- 32 Max


Job description:

  • Receive jobs from CS
  • Review and process files
  • Arrange Carrier booking
  • Coordinate transport - liaise with vendors written and verbal co-ordination needed.
  • Coordinate Customs handling
  • Coordinate and support GSC activities, where applicable
  • Arrange house BL or carrier BL in time
  • Ensure job files are always complete and correct, including milestones and additional documents, preferably electronically

Exception handling and reporting statuses and exceptions to CS, supporting CS in finding solutions and alternatives when needed


*Good English Communication

*Looking for Immediate joiners or maximum Notice period 30 days
