Job Description

Hiring For leading Luxury Retail and E-commerce Brand.

Designation: Telesales Executive

Requirements:

Experience in sales and outbound process and chat process.
Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
Flexible to work in shifts
Managing post-sales support
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).

Job Description

Should be able to work on campaigns like abandoned carts and converting the leads.
Build and maintain relationships with the customers and prospects
Actively follow-up potentials to improve sales conversion ratios.
Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
Generating sales via calling retention/ existing customers (Data will be provided).
Use CRM to keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities.

Should be comfortable working around Pets /Should be Pet lover
