Job Description

Education Counselor / Lead generation

Shift Timing - 10 am to 7 pm (Day shift / Sunday fixed off),
Exp. Range- Minimum 6 Months in Voice Process
CTC - 15K to 23K in hand
Qualification ;- Any Under Graduate, Dropouts with minimum 6 months experience in BPO Outbound calling profile or Graduate Fresher
Should have good comms.

Job Description ;-

Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses and based on they're interested, convince them to attend free career counseling sessions in Frankfinn institutes
Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of there visit.
Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.
