Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Building demand function from scratch.
- Understanding the different types of buyer partners.
- Acquiring different types of clients and generating business from them.
- Hiring a potential team and managing them.
- Problem-solving for every type of buyer associate separately.
- Creating tracking mechanisms to derive maximum competence generation out of the sales team.
- Working closely with the supply and operations team to ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue escalation.
- Handling Key account management with high-quality buyers.
- Manage a multi-layered team of 50-100 people and be responsible for their performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be preferably an MBA from Tier 1/2 Colleges.
- Candidates with relevant experience from FMCG, Retail, E-commerce Industry are preferable.
- 2-5 Years experience in field sales, area sales, regional sales across FMCG, Retail/ E-commerce.
- Leading a young and motivating the inspired team to become the place for B2B business.
- Communicating efficiently and driving placement on the mission, goals/ targets.
- Super associated with customer experience.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and performance management of the team.
- Drive category growth through new initiatives.
- Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problems sharply.
- Will be required to work with other functions (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations).
