Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Promotion

Conducting meets which are

• Masons Meets
• Counter Meets
• End-user / customer meets
• Demonstration Meets

Enhancing the Influencer Base through conversions from other brands by

• Comparative concrete trials
• One-to-one meets and presentations
• Personal rapport
• Factory/ RRDC visits

MACE Van Operations

Attending to customer calls which may be:

• Service Calls
• Concrete Calls
• Dealer Calls
• Concrete Demonstration Calls

Attending to house-warming ceremonies for building relations with the customers

Market Development

Turn around identified weak markets:

compile Influencer profile in the weak market and attempt conversions

coordinate with SOs in network development

Maintaining Customer data bases and reports of visits to customers

After-sales service

Conducting Tests on Concrete a Site which could be

• Slump Cone test
• Cube Compressive strength test
• Rebound Hammer test

Quality Assurance

Attending to customer queries and complaint

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma in Civil (ONLY)
Experience: 3 to 7 years in cement industry
