Job Description

Our sales and outreach counsellors help our prospective students find the most relevant course based on their musical interests and goals. We are proud to say that most of our callers & enquiries are already convinced with our offerings, all we do is help them find the suitable course.

Roles, Responsibilities & competencies:

Excellent oral and written communication
Work experience of minimum 2 years
Enjoys exceeding targets & earn more based on performance
Handles outbound & inbound inquiries from students for online & in-person classes
Effectively articulate the offerings of Shankar Mahadevan Academy and help prospective students make a decision on the course they wish to enroll in.
Good organisation skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and to evolve in an ambiguous environment of a start-up
Selected candidates would need to be flexible with timings (Shifts timings 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) .
Candidate is required to work 6 days a week including weekend rotational shifts
