Qualification & Skills:
1 to 4 years of experience in IT HR Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Graduate Or Master in Business Administration HR Credentials would be added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design job description for the permanent hiring and contract to hire position
Well-versed with information technology (IT) recruitment
Well-versed with screening the candidate on profile in business communication, articulation and professional experience Well-versed with bulk recruitment
Establish the network with domestic and international market for the talent workforce Closely work with the IT delivery team to manage their requirements of the hiring Maintain and establish the employee connect and positive vibes in the organization Create and implement effective onboarding plans Develop training and development programs Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
