The Opportunity
The Adobe Professional Services Sales, Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for partnering with Adobe sales teams during the sales cycle to influence the customer's Digital Transformation journey & Roadmap. Key Responsibilities include:
. Building correct, scalable and manageable architectures for customer problems using a combination of Adobe and non-Adobe products (specialization & focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions)
. Grow the Adobe footprint while ensuring customer satisfaction.
. Developing and executing business frameworks and digital marketing strategies for enterprises (Evaluation of existing and new technology solutions to drive improvements in business operations)
. Creation of Target Operating Models, Business Capability Models (Creating architectural models that reflect the vision and goals of the organization's digital strategy)
. Delivering POV's and demos that showcase how a customer can move towards MVP
. Identify gaps on solutions & feedback to internal teams
. Identify opportunities that differentiate Adobe from the competition
. Develop robust recommendations, proposals for Adobe Consulting engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gaps
. Present your proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling way
. Understand and research the latest trends in the field, keeping abreast of emerging technologies, and understanding the practical application of those technologies to the existing solutions.
What you need to succeed
Key Capabilities
. High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines
. Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
. Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria creating compelling business cases
. Good Listener, Probing & Questioning to understand the root problem
. Providing an unbiased opinion to the customer
. Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel
. Key communication with audience that includes engineers, marketers and executives from customer/Adobe.
Target Profile
. Master's degree in a related discipline required
. 10 to 15 years of experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization (Architect roles)
. Strong drive to solve customer problems
. Preferred hands-on experience around Adobe's Experience Platform
. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
. Outstanding communications skills both oral and written
. Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time
. TOGAF or similar industry certifications are advantageous
