The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services for Adobe Sign which is an Adobe Document Cloud product. The Adobe Sign Consulting team is responsible for providing experienced skills in implementing signature solutions integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions and working with clients existing IT infrastructure.
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Consultants to join the Adobe Consulting Delivery team! The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in delivering Adobe Sign solutions helping to lead large and complex multi-technology agile projects and will possess the skills to interact, collaborate, and work with a broad range of personas and functions, including the client, business owners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, project managers and product management.What you'll Do

• Delivery of multiple and small/large scale digital marketing implementation and transformation projects across several geographies using Agile methodologies.
• Experience in executing and leading multi-stage projects that direct efficient use of resources, and improved cost management through business transformation & technology.
• Experience in taking care of senior partners across geographies working in a sophisticated matrix environment.
• To manage a team of resources to efficiently implement Adobe's digital marketing solutions.
• Encouraging and developing talent who help clients optimize their digital assets and unlock value in the areas of commerce, content and marketing for global clients across various industry segments.
• Governing delivery perfection for a sophisticated small/large scale digital platforms, by setting project quality & performance standards, governing risks and issues, handling customer concerns & directly mentoring and handling the team.
• Structuring and managing projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers.
• Expertise in setting up new customer engagements and digital delivery models.
• Ability and expertise in handling Systems Integrator (SI)
• SME on the Digital Marketing Tools such as of Digital Marketing technologies and tools such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing and e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing is required

What you need to succeed

• A bachelor's degree in engineering
• Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms, toolsets and trends is required
• Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud namely Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Social, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Media Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager and Primetime is a plus
• Achievement and results-oriented personality with strong cross business collaboration skills
• Strong (oral and written) English communication skills
• Ability to influence and interact with all levels internal and external partners
• Good in prioritization, time management, and has excellent follow through skills
• Great teammate with outstanding networking skills with ability to deliver impact
• Ability to deliver exceptional Partner experience by acting as their trusted advisor
• Self-Starter, assertive and can do demeanor
