DO:
Execute Java Projects
Head & Guide a Team.
Co-ordinate with Stake Holders
Root Cause Analysis
Code Review
Version Control
Display:
Graduate : BE/MCA/M.Sc Computers
Total IT Experience 2+ years
Knowledge of Java,J2EE,Struts,Spring/Hibernate(preferable)
Understanding of Design Patterns
Working Knowledge of Sybase/Any Database
Understanding of SDLC life cycle
Good/Fluent Spoken English.
Multitasking - Able to handle more than 1 project.
Good Team Player. Should understand team dynamics. People Management Skills
Deliver:
Communicate with the Business team and understand specs
Convert BRD to Technical Specs.
Presentations on BRD & latest in technology.
Provide Timelines and Work with a team and Deliver Projects on Time.
Investigate Reason for FP's in the project and work on reducing them with the help of Support team.
Write/Understand Database Procedures
Bug free Code and Code in accordance with Java Standards
