Job Description

Senior Associate Private Equity

Job Location: Malad, Airoli

DO: (Job Description)

Ensuring delivery of month end/Quarterly PNL & NAV in accurately and timely manner.
Preparation of capital call and distribution spreadsheet and notices.
Processing of wire payments.
Establish as a key contact for accounting group for a client and address / escalate any clients accounting issues faced by the
Prepare NAV Pack, Waterfall & Investor Allocation.
Execute delivery of high quality financial statements.
Ensure completion of audit as per agreed timeline. Handling audit queries in timely manner.

Display: (Desired Skills)

CA/MBA Finance/CFA/MMS/Graduate
Relevant experience in Fund Accounting
Sound analytical skills
Team player
Good Financial Product & accounting Knowledge
Good Communication skills
Client orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Deliver: (Goals)

Zero issues in IA review / SOC1 certification.
Zero errors / issues reported by clients.
NAV delivery deadlines to be met 100% of the time.
CRM call report. Zero issues / errors escalated by clients
Zero issues raised by counterparts.
