Monitor, identify improvements, and facilitate changes to the equipment inspection programs in assigned areas through troubleshooting, problem-solving and innovation. Identify reoccurring equipment issues that negatively impact on safety, environment and production targets and decide on the appropriate tools and/or methods to address the resolution of those issues. Monitor assets for equipment health through the design and execution of the Essential Care and Condition Monitoring (ECCM) System as the program owner for the assigned area. Implement Asset Strategy Development (ASD) through development of tasks and routes based on Asset Criticality. Use formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and techniques to eliminate repeat failures. Work with Preventative Maintenance Technicians to ensure that equipment is monitored correctly, and the right work is completed at the right time.
