Inviting applications for the role of SPOC and Project Management- Management Trainee
Responsibilities
SPOC for US/ UK and India hiring
Coordinate to identify the right candidates till onboarding them i.e., coordinating with the managers, vendors, leadership & Finance as per the requirement
Responsible for coordinating the sourcing and screening of candidates with the help of Project Managers, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers
Build a strong pipeline of contractors and potential new hires
Responsible for time-sensitive and confidential material
Work closely between hiring managers and recruitment team
Provide administrative support to employees and managers via a range of tasks related to communication including emails, data entry, and maintaining data in the system
Responsible for vendor onboarding
Responsible for a few project management activities and maintenance of reports, metrics, etc
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Good Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and Written Communication, Problem-solving, etc.)
Flexible and adaptable to change with a vision for process improvement
Good attention to detail
Good organization skills
The ability to meet tight deadlines
Technically adept at using IT systems
Fast learner with proven ability to quickly understand overall changing demands of Projects
Preferred qualifications
Recruitment background is desirable
