We are Hiring for Test Manager - Applications 

• Total IT experience minimum 18 years
• Test management tm experience minimum 8 years
• PM experience in testing projects minimum 5 years
• Recent team directly managed as tm minimum 100 people
• PM experience in agile based projects minimum 2 years
• PM experience from India in direct customer stakeholder management where customer is based outside India minimum 5 years
• As PM managed projects in these sub verticals functional areas at least 3 healthcare consumer products digital testing sap testing
• As PM managed projects with key technologies in descending order of needs quality engineering digital testing test automation sap testing DevOps
• Core technology experience before moving into pm role in descending order of needs testing test automation.
• What are the top three 3 mandatory program management project management.
• Experiences that a candidate must possess:
• Must have personally led and successfully delivered at least USD 5m multiyear testing programs for us or European customers in the last 3 or 4 years using agile methodologies
• Must have directly participated in effort commercial estimation and delivery planning for a large multi-year business opportunity for a multi-national customer as part of the presales initiative and further must have also delivered that engagement
• Must have functioned for at least 2 years in a direct customer facing role with delivery management responsibilities in the last 3 years.
• Must have been directly involved in regular status reviews and steering meetings with senior customer personnel and senior management in the IT service organization.
