Job Description

Assistant Manager, Developer, Service Now

Responsibilities
Data analyst for all unit human resource allocations on a daily basis
Centralize PID creation codes for unit projects
Centralize Allocation of all unit employees
Follow up employees utilization
Centralize licenses contracts renewals
Generate reports
Assist regional managers to administrate tasks
Work with the Billing team for all unit project billing needs (billing/Collections/PO etc.)
Generate reports from Business Intelligence tools (as a user)
Work with all unit employees

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate
Excel, Advanced

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
PowerPoint
Have a basic understanding of Project ID, allocation, Purchase Orders, billing collection things
Be familiar with the Controllership team, Resourcing, pricing, etc
